We took a drive this morning to tour the heavy damage brought by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Most of the damage has been repaired or removed. The storm also destroyed an long interstate bridge (I-10); we drove on the new highway/bridge and could see the old bridge an the damages.
Bourbon Street....what can we say?!?

We enjoyed some music on the street and in the Cafe Beignets where we had dinner.
