Everytime we said good-bye to the kids on this trip it was hard (on Pam).
The bridge to no where ... again; but this bridge was leaving Dozer and heading home |
One last look at the base Dozer works at |
This was fun, there is an amusement park also; but not open yet |
Ten Cents ! |
If you paid extra you could design your own chocolate bar |
/
Didn't know that's what a Cocoa Bean Pod looked like, did you? |
Pretty |
Street lights in the downtown area |
I'm not a big fan of bridges or tunnels and PA had alot of them |
Storm....we were glad we were taking our time driving home; this storm was a big one with tons of rain and high winds |
Our first time stay in a rest stop over night (dry camping) |
Dan enjoyed his 4 hours here |
Snick and I woke early the second time we dry camped in Ohio Turnpike Service Plaza. Another night of rain and wind. When we pulled into this lot we were pretty much alone, by Snick's night run; trrucks filled the parking lot! This picture was at 6 am and most had left the lot.
Sad that the grass is not greener and the highway was so messy |
We enjoyed our time with all our friends and family on this coastal trip and we look forward to the next trip. Thank you to everyone! You all gave us so many amazing memories!
We have been asked what are favorite part of the trip was; and we both agreed: the entire trip! We loved every stop along the way, always new things to see and do; a new adventure around every turn. We learned alot about RVing and really look forward to our next trip.
Thank you for joining us for the "Goin' Coastal on Ya" the trip via blog.
To be continued . . . |
